Throughout my career, I have been privileged to work and volunteer across various mental health settings.
As a psychotherapist, I have delivered one-to-one and group therapy, and worked with individuals at a trauma clinic, CBT centre, and alcohol charity for those struggling with their own or a loved one’s use.
I previously managed a drug and alcohol service for men in prison and on probation and have also worked for charities supporting carers, bereaved people, university students, and Black and Asian creatives.
I have received training in working sensitively with ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence.
As a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their ethical code of conduct and am dedicated to regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development.
In addition to an MA (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh, I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, accredited by the University of the West of Scotland.
