Sharing our inner worlds with others can feel daunting, my role is not to advise but rather to offer support and tools to help you work through what’s troubling you.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives and personalise sessions to take into account your way of being and circumstances. This emphasises your individuality and the benefits of a more holistic approach.

It is important to me to work in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and neurodivergence affirming way. I offer regular review sessions to promote open dialogue and accommodate any changes to needs and requirements.

I am committed to client-centred practice. My goal is for sessions to help connect you with yourself – your values, and a life that feels, for you, more whole and authentic.
